Undeliverable or refused shipments:
Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempts, or no signature availability are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non refundable. Any eligible refund is processed after the package is returned and inspected.
